we live about an hour and half apart, are limited to seeing each other on weekends, he is always taking me to the mountains or to the water or out for dinners. He knows I have lots of bills from school and other things so he does not like when i spend money on him. What could I do to show I care about him? I always feel like i don't do enough or as much as he does for me... and please no stupid answers like "give him some" I wont see him now til August 11th and hes planning to take me in the mountains for a camping trip.. before i met him i never did any fun adventurous things... hes the best thing thats happened to me and has given me a new window of oppurtunities in life.

Do you have pictures or photos of the two of you? Maybe you could make him some kind of memory book of all of the things you would have never done if it wasn't for him. Write some one-liners and sayings that remind you of him with some pictures... If he understands your financial limitations, this should be a GREAT gift for him on August 11!

Well your so lucky to have him! Well for me you may do things like cooking something for him that is not much money to spend or if he doesn't like you to spend money make on your own a thank you card(its corny but at least its your own design) or just email him and say thank you! gift are not the best way of saying you care but the real attitude of showing him. Dont worry he knows when you really care.

its kinda silly but u guys will totally have and u will definitely remember it... go 2 a large store like walmart or sams club... play marco polo, watch tv and play games in the electronics department, get snacks from the sample counters... and ahead of time u can make a scavenger hunt list and each of u race 2 fill ur carts with the items on the list... its a totally cheap way 2 have an adorable evening... i hope u have fun... good luck

WOW-
Just wanted to say that I'm happy to hear that you realize how fortunate you are. Not many people appreciate the things others do for them.
(I'm jealous!)
But I think C's idea is a really great one. Scrapbook all the way.

Cook him something really nice. It has a personal touch, and compared to taking him out for dinner the ingredients will be really cheap.

write him a love letter, tell him how special he is and what you love about him, praise him and tell him how blessed you are to have him. show your love with words. my husband loves it.
