hhahahahhah DONT wear it!! I really like the dress and the shoes are so cute.. but its not suitable for college.. its doesnt look "proffesional"and well.. i dunow but u should wear some flats instead of heels.. ur going to be studying for a couple of hours and ur feet would hurt.. I would never wear that because .. well. its too much for college.. its "too hot" xD haha

I tend to like fancy/classy girls so I do not have any problem with your outfit. Sexy and classy but not trashy at all.
Now it depends where you go to college, I attend a fairly snotty place so it would be acceptable.
