Chloe Rain is really really beautiful.
Breeze and Snow are a bit weird, I think. Same with Wind - it doesn't sound like a name at all. Storm and Thunder work well as middle names but I personally don't like the first names you've picked to go with them.

Perhaps instead of just weather themed middle names you could take a look at other nature names. Here are some nature themed names I love-

For Girls:

East
Galaxy
Evening
Meadow
Ocean
Prairie
Tempest
Winter
Wren

For Boys:

Ash
Cedar
Tinder
Bracken
Finch
Flint
Frost
Horizon
Shade
West

The names where the first and middle name each have a different amount of syllables sound the best, so Nathan Thunder and James Wind don't flow as well as the others.

Also, don't change spellings to be cute like changing sky to skye. People will just misspell it for their whole life, and it becomes a pain.

I'm the same way when it comes to baby names. Roxie Elizabeth--I dislike Roxie,it sounds kind of trailer, but Elizabeth is a great name. Ellodie Kate- it's different, but it has a nice sound t it Lily Keragan- Lily is cute, Keragan is a little to masculine for me Harper Anne- very cute Holden King- if King is a family name, stick with it as a middle name, I'm not a fan of Holden Avery James- I love the name Avery for either, but there are more girls with the name, don't do that to your son. James is a strong middle name, good combination Cullen Thomas, Cullen sounds too much like sullen, but the name has a good sound Jasper Taylor-LOVE the name jasper. Taylor is a good middle name, due to all the little girls named Taylor.

Only ones I sort of may consider would be rain and storm as middle names. Wind and thunder just sound ridiculous imo, actually so do Breeze and Snow....

I like noah storm. When it comes down to using girls. Rain is the best middle to go with almost any name. I REALLY LIKE sophia rain. I wouldn't use wind just because the child could easily be made fun of with it.. wind-blow....... Very unique!

sophia snow and chloe rain, those are the most decent. the other ones sounds like bad superhero names lol. dont go that extreme with the weather, do like skye for a girl or sky for a boy.
