Not at all. By 4 weeks of age, most formula fed babies are eating approx. 4 ounces every 3-4 hours. Some a little more, some a little less. You babe is doing just fine!

My son has jaundice, he's barely 10 days old yet is already eating 2 a million/2 oz..bottles of breastmilk. in the process the third week they pass with the aid of a strengthen spurt and lower back at 6 weks then at 3 months and lower back at 6 months. So throughout the time of those circumstances he will in all probability consume a lot extra beneficial than frequent!

as long as baby isn't getting sick or anything after eating that amount, then no it's not too much. ( every baby is different on how they eat and how much... I don't think any of mine were eating the same way at that age , or any other for that matter..lol they are all different in the way they eat as well as what they will eat!! )
They will let you know when they are full and when they need more than what you are feeding them :-)

Congratulations !! enjoy that baby!

Dont worry about it being too much your baby will tell you when he's full. I won't worry about too much I'd be more worried about not enough but that doesn't sound like the issue :)

As long as they are eating it and not getting sick. I think babies tend to know what they can handle with formula, or food. Good luck.

Not if he/she is finishing it. Babies normally do not overeat. They take what they want and leave the rest.
