As an old guy..I like the old music. The old swing sound that gave birth to rock and and roll. "In the Mood" by Glenn Miller. Inspired "Jerry Lee Lewis" to sing (and maybe write) ("Great balls of fire"). If that song doesn't cheer you up and wanna' dance, nothing will.
