It's probably alright to use whatever cleaners you wish...wash your hands after wards and you should be fine. However, if you are concerned, or find that you become sensitive to certain cleaning products, you could try using "Simple Green".
Hardware stores usually carry it, ACO and the like. It's biodegradable, you dilute with water in a spray bottle for different strengths/tasks...you can add a small amount of bleach without risk. For cleaning glass, use vinegar mixed with water in a spray bottle as well. These cleaners should take care of all your needs...maybe with the use of a dish brush as well, for shower/tub cleaning. :)
I've switched over to this just because it's easier and cheaper to only use two cleaners, not to mention the cabinet space I save. Plus, I feel better about using something that's less dangerous around my child, as well as something that doesn't contribute to environmental damage.
However, stay away from pesticide and herbicide use while you're pregnant!!! That stuff can REALLY cause some damage!!! No ant spray, fly spray, and only use baby safe bug repellents, just to be on the safe side. :)
Good Luck!!

Unfortunately ladies, most cleaning products are safe to use during pregnancy. Yes, even bleach. So you don't have to call a maid to do the household cleaning unless you want to. If you are going to stick to doing the dirty work yourself, there are steps that you can take while cleaning during pregnancy to keep you and your baby safe from harm.
Step 1: Make sure that you have good ventilation where you are cleaning
Step 2: Wear protective gloves and clothing to protect your skin
Step 3: Always read the warning and instruction labels
Step 4: Never mix different chemicals, such as ammonia and bleach; doing this can be very dangerous for anyone to inhale
Step 5: Avoid cleaning the oven since it is such a tight space and the ventilation is not good
Using most cleaning products during pregnancy.
Step 6: If your partner is around, have him do the cleaning!!!!
If you feel uncomfortable using chemical cleaning products, go natural. Using baking soda and vinegar can do wonders for cleaning just about anything in your home, from the kitchen to the bathroom.

Just be careful around them but everything you mentioned I used while pregnant. If you really have concerns maybe talk to your doctor or something. I think in the What to Expect While Expecting pregnancy book talks about cleaning products. Good Luck! p.s. don't be a person that refuses to clean because of it! I had a sister - in- law that did and of course my brother let her get away with it! haha!! I wonder what her excuse is now. haha!!!! Just joking about you being that way.

Pregnant or not I use Vinegar and water to clean just about everything.... it's safe and non toxic for you and your children. It's a great disinfectant also! The vinegar smell doesn't linger more than a few minutes and infact is more of a neutralizer. I reccommend tossing the toxics and sticking with vinegar!

Most general cleaning products are safe. If you have a question, there is usually a 1-800 # to call.

Use gloves and open a few windows if using any product.
I found I liked using vinegar and water....baking soda and salt on most kitchen surfaces that need scrubed. Vinegar works great on letting things shine. Works on the bathroom mirror to.

I would be careful using any aerosol sprays or anything that requires ventilation. Fumes are bad! Backing Powder and Vinegar are great cleaners. Vinegar is a natural disinfectant, look into it.

If you must use chemicals to clean make sure you are in a well ventilated area! use a fan to blow to take away the smells of the chemicals, or wear a mask. Good luck and god bless
PS if in doubt ask your doctor!
