No Jack Nicholson, the actor, did not have any brothers or sisters.
He had a very confusing arraignment with his parents thinking that his grandparents were actually his parents, until informed other wise by Time Magazine. He thought that his mother (June Frances Nicholson (stage name June Nilson)) was actually his sister.

So he only thought he had a sister, but she was his mother and his parents were actually his grandparents. Both Donald Furcillo and Eddie King have been said to be his father. Jack has no relationship with them and has refused to take a DNA test.
