how can I heal? :(

You grieve. You get angry. You ask "why me". You get up & dust yourself off. You see that it wasn't meant to be. You see that you're going to be ok. You put one foot in front of the other & you push forward...even if it feels like you can't.

Surround yourself w/ people that care about you. You're a good person. You need something else, you know where to find me.

First of all how did this happen? Second of all I hope that your relationship will start back on good terms, because having a broken heart isn't a good feeling. Write your thoughts down, talk to someone one loves and cares about you and will always be there for you, listen to music (no break-up songs!), take a walk, just try to do anything to get if off your mind. I'm hoping it was true and it wasn't temporary. Don't let this stress over you, of course its gon be hard for the first days, weeks maybe months but you gon have to ge through this girl, keep your head up and just give yourself some time before you decide to talk to another guy. Hope I helped =).

Only time heals a broken heart. Spend time with your friends and family and enjoy their company.

Just cry as much as you can and try to get everything out of your system. This could be the first step to healing

time..heals all broken hearts.
spend time with friends..
take up a new interest..or hobby..
in other words get involved in something..
and you will find that your heart has healed and will be ready to love again.

I would put the loser behind you, curl up in some comfortable clothes on the couch, watch some chick filcks, and then you can get acquainted with three of my very good friends: Ben, Jerry, and Little Debbie!

It takes time. Try not to idealize the 'good times'. There were probably signs throughout the relationship that he wasn't the right guy for you. Over time you come to accept that it just wasn't meant to be, and that the right one is still out there.

im sorry honey. that really sucks, ive been there.
dont isolate yourself, thats a bad thing. be with your friends, family...people you love and trust, and with whom you have a good time.
listen to some good music, watch some good movies, ones that will allow you to feel and cry, and heal.
*hugs* dear, you will get over this, im sure. what doesnt break us makes us stronger, right? *smiles*

Now there, there. Don't worry about him. There are better fish in the sea. There is someone out there that loves you for who you are and wants to be with you. I hope you can open your heart for this person.
