what is the name of this movie? it's scary and has worms...?

there is a movie, i'm not sure when it came out, probably in the 90s... it started out with a girl on a train eating chocolate pudding... the conductor went to check up with the girl and then the conductor was eaten or attacked by a bunch of worms... later in the movie this girl, who is much older (she's a woman now) gets her finger cut off and a bunch of worms grow out of her skin and regenerate into a new finger... then she has some kind of love affair with one of the guys hunting her, and she kills him, bc some oversized worms come out of her, or she is the oversized worm... i can't remember much more than that... but i know it was kinda scary (but i was 6 when i saw it)... so does anyone know which movie that was?

...you're talking about the 1995 sci-fi/horror shocker, "Species"; if you recall, the girl was initially in isolation, and being studied, because when conceived, she had her DNA crossed with alien DNA, via a formula sent in a 'friendly' message from outer space; naturally, the girl grows weary of her captivity, and being unusually strong and agile, she escapes isolation, disguises herself, and finds herself on the train...

...the worms you were talking about, almost threw me off; I'm not sure why the filmmakers and special effects artists used that particular CGI worm effect, to depict the girl's ability to regenerate body parts, or her unique killing style....but least to say, it was chillingly most effective, wouldn't you say???
