What are the best places to work for in Jacksonville Florida?

I am going to move to Jacksonville, but before I do I need a job lined up. What are some of the best companies to work for there? What is the best way of searching for a job located there? What is the general pay rate?
Keeping in mind I live in CA and am now getting paid $13.50. And would like to stay at that rate or go up.

These are great sites....These aren't crap because these sites are EXCLUSIVELY for Jacksonville.

I'm not saying that these are the best companies to work for but these are large companies in Jacksonville. Here are a couple

4. Maxwell House (coffee)
5. Publix
