Both Jason Cole and Charles Robinson gave their top 10 NFL teams going into the pre-season. And guess who's at the number one spot? Nope not the Patriots! Nope not the Colts! Nope not the Bears and nope not the Saints! It's non other than my SAN DIEGO CHARGERS! I couldn't agree more and can back it up on a variety of levels! Or are you going to argue with EXPERTS like Jason Cole and Charles Robinson? he he he! (I love how Jason Cole says the Raiders are so bad that they are in a class all their own!) http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=At6lrkULOjX8PENSrKHqcVtDubYF?slug=ys-rankings072307&prov=yhoo&type=lgns

I've never liked the Yahoo Sports "experts"...it's like they base their rankings on what the teams did last year....those rankings look exactly the same as what they'd have been last year toward the end....they need to do more research.

The only expert I'll ever listen to is Adam Schefter...the guy knows everything...and if he doesn't know it...he has a guess..and his guess is probably going to be right too. So Cole and Robinson? They're good for a laugh...nothing more...and actually all of the Yahoo Sports "experts"...not just them.

But congrats on the Chargers......

I've seen just as many experts, like from SI, ESPN, CBS Sportsline, and others that have had the Chargers rated anywhere from 1st to 5th. They maybe NFL experts but they are still giving you only an educated guess. Most I've seen in past years do pretty well in getting the top 10 pretty close but after that it is a toss up.
My personal Pre-Season Top 10
1) New England
2) Indianapolis
3) San Diego
4) Denver
5) New Orleans
6) Baltimore
7) Cincinnati
9) Jacksonville
10) Seattle

1-New England Patriots
2-San Diego Chargers
3-Indy Colts
4-Baltimore Ravens
5-New Orleans Saints

look through charles robinson's archived articles during last season's games and you'll see that he HATES my Colts. Every article about the afc included one or two sentences as to why indy wasn't going to make it into the postseason. and why they wouldn't win the playoffs. and why they wouldn't win the Superbowl. Obviously, with the defense playing like they were, I understand someone having some doubts, but this guy really...REALLY dislikes the Colts. (hey, did you know my man charlie's from Chicago?)

Good thing they actually play the games instead on just going by what so called "experts" have to say.

Do you think they pick the winners every year?

Go back and look at their predictions for the past few seasons.
