OMG my grandkiddo is the same. I buy things when she stays over and she'll have nearly none of it. Pick up sweet fruit, much less sugar than juice. Peanut butter in a spoon if she won't eat bread. slice carrots and apples to snack on. Try to get her to bite a funny face into lunchmeat and never force her to eat what she doesn't want. When you sit her at the table with you. Place a piece in your mouth and without looking at her share a small bit on her plate. Try cheese slices and pizza etc. She will begin to trust what you eat and begin to eat. Tell her what a good girl she is and she can have some yogart ice cream and get her one.

If she is a poor eater as in eating junk food, then don't have junk food in your house - make it seem like treat for when she has been eating well. If she doesn't eat well because she picks at her food, don't give/offer her any alternatives when she is hungy - she will soon realise she has to eat what is on her plate.

If she refuses to eat good food then make sure you stop giving her too much milk..it will fill her up fast and she won't eat, no snacks don't give into her by substituing somthing sweet that she likes you have to be firm, yes she will cry but eventually she will get hungry enough to eat what you put in front of her.

Keep junk food out of the house. Switch it out for sweet fruits like melons, strawberries, grapes. Or fruit yogurts. This goes for the entire family. She learns her eating habits from you. Make sure her dinner tastes as good as yours too. You don't have to load it with lots of salts and butters and etc... but her food doesn't have to taste bad to be healthy. Besides for growing kids some fatty foods are good for the brain.

Tell her that specific foods will make her hear better, see better, sneak quieter, and talk to animals. See what happens. Some say it's lying to your kids. I say it's bringing a little magic to their lives. After all, what's wrong with believing in magic?

Sit her in a high chair and make her eat that's the only way she'll never gain weight if you don't do this!

you are the one responsible for your childs health, so give her a little of each different veggetable, fruit and dairy and watch to see what she prefers to eat. IF SHE DOESNT LIKE NONE OF THEM GIVE IT TO HER ANY WAY . REWARD HER WITH HER FAVORITE SNACK OR DESSERT WHEN SHE EATS IT ALL. TODDLERS USUALLY LIKE SWEET CORN CUT CARROTS, SWEET PEAS , APPLE SAUCE, BANANAS , FRUIT COCKTAIL.YOGURT, RASINS,GRAPES. make sure the grapes are seedless.
