if you have seen this movie..
i wonder why they hate brendan in the movie.. i mean i know what religion he was.. but what's the big deal? am i missing something?

it was the era that the movie took place in..it may not be a big deal now, but back then it was a huge deal and very very frowned upon and people were shunned...its an awful thing to do but it was a true story and it was real life...thats why it was made...to make people think

He was Jewish at a top tier Christian School among the wealthiest families in America. You really think that kind of hazing and harrasment didnt go on?

He was a Jewish man in a Christian School.. (one founded for rich families..) That happened alot.. (and I hear still does in some)
