i know what u mean maybe it is because the person that we did it to means alot to us and it hurt to see them hurt with what happened to them because of us

Because that little mistake brought about a huge difference... we overlooked it, didn't think much of it... and that is what happens. I have a tendency not to take things seriously as I ought to, and it has come to bite me in the a** later...

Not all doctors are perfect. J/K lol, I think it is because we don't allow ourselves to forget that easily when we do something wrong. The only way to do this is to gradually reassure yourself that you are okay with making mistakes and you will learn from it instead of beat yourself up over it.
