First you need to figure out why they are dying, then you can determine what to do. If you want to give some details about your tank and what has been happening, we can help you figure out the problem.

buy a dog, or start with a simple fish, something that is strong that will live thru ur learning stages of fish care. Try getting a strong cichlid like a Red Devil. They are normally resilient. Tropical fish like Neons and Goldfish are sometimes too weak. They die in any changed condition or as ive noticed just for fun. So I switched to Cichlids a while back and have no problems anymore.

I need lots more information.

Salt water or fresh?
Did you get them from a specialty store or Walmart?
Did you declorinate the water?
Have you taken the water to be tested? What were the findings?
How many gallons?
What fish, and how many?
Anything else living in the tank? Plants? Snails?
What filter do you have?
What size air pump?
What is your heater set at?
How long has the aquarium been running?

I can help you if I have more information.

There a a lot of things that can go wrong. First, How often do you change the water in the tank? Do yo do it as the suggested rate?
Does the water have an aerator or filter?
Do you clean the bottom of the tank before you change the water? That will remove any algae or fungus.
Are you feeding them too much?

You are doing something wrong that is killing them.

Find out what it is. A pet store or a fish club is a good start. The pet store may know other fish people you can talk to.

The first thing you need to figure out is what you are doing wrong. Bring your water into a pet store to have it tested to find out your ph, water quality, and other parameters.

Are you doing water changes regularly? (at least every 2 weeks)
Are you dechlorinating your water?
Are you properly acclimating your fish?
Is the store you're getting your fish from good quality?

Before you can solve the problem you must first find its source.

Good luck.
