Honestly, a keyboard is probably not a great way to communicate with others, since one misspelled word can throw your message off entirely.
The best way is probably to meet face-to-face with a support group. If you have someone that you know who can get you to a support group (either a mainstream group or one especially for Down Syndrome persons), then have them take you. You can get to know people better face-to-face, anyway. Online, you may type messages to folks on the other side of the world, and you'll never be able to get to know them in real life.

hello, Jennifer. There is no way to commutate the adult Down Syndrome, sorry. You can only give them your support and communicate with love and yet affirmative action. Best of luck in your enterprise.
