I was looking at a bottle of Prenatal Vitamins and seen where it said that it had 400mcg of folic acid and was wanting to know what mcg was

micrograms-a unit of mass equal to one-millionth of a gram
400mcg = 0.0004 grams

A microgram is one-millionth of a gram. A very tiny amount.
