I actually find all of those fish slightly boring and prefer rarer and more unique fish. There are some really nice bettas though and I sure wouldn't mind a koi pond.

I would have to say guppies! Because of there colors and their disposition! There are the puppies of fish tanks because they are so friendly! They aren't real fast swimmers so they are easy to observe. My second choice is the neon tetras in a school! Again I like the colors!

Betta- they truly are beautiful fish...just dont put two in the same tank otherwise your going to have one angry bloody fish.
For all the animal lovers out there- I never did that but I have heard what they can do and Ive seen it online.

None of those. Im sorry to say i find most of those fish really boring.
My favorites are Either Wolf Cichlids or Gold Siamese Tiger datnoids. Just my preference tho.

I prefer more exotic fish, but if I had to pick one from your list I would deffinatly choose a Beta Fish.

Long term, Bettas. I have kept and bred them for over 20 years. Guppies would have to be my second choice from the list, I have kept and bred them for about 15 years and now my kids are breeding and selling them.

All of those fish are boring. Yo-yo Loaches, Gouramis, and Dwarf Cichlids are where it's at.

Goldfish. I have 7 beauties. 3 lionheads, 1 pearlscale, 1 black moor (who lost an eye thanks to an incompetent pet store) 1oranda with curled opercula, and a beautiful orchid.
