what is this ?

Today when I took a nap, I woke up and noticed some dried blood in my underwear. My period ended more than 4 days ago and I haven't had sex in about 3 or more days, I was wondering what this could be, I feel ok just a little dry and the day before I noticed some sticky, clear-white discharge too, what is all this?

It could have still been left over from your period. The clear-white discharge is normal to have coming from your vagina during the rest of the month between periods but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
