Hell yea, you've already got the hole, whats the point of quitting now? Infact I think you should step it up a notch, get lucky strikes and smoke an extra pack a day. Shoot, maybe all the tar that dosent get caught in that silly filter will patch the whole in your neck.

There is this guy with a hole in the neck thingie that (hand on Bible) plays the harmonica. I have a photo of him. Yeah, smoke butts through that thing if you want. You might want to pick up a harmonica and see if you can find a band to jam with. That hole is for smoking and making music, my friend.

They had a commercial on TV with a lady, just a puffing away, through the hole in her tube..............
Didn't stop too many of you smokers then and having a rehab moment now, is pointless.

But I knew a guy that had people sneaking cigarettes up to his hospital room, right up to the last puff..........

yeah well reality check dude u got a hole in ur throat!... ur precious nicotine gave some ceo a brand knew ferarri in the driveway at is big manison and gave u a reservation at the hospital. the harsh reality is that if you dont quit know in the near future you can lose more then the ability to talk without a machine but you may lose your life.

why not you have nothing left to loose except your life by a very painful slow death, and surely your life isn't near as precious as your nicotine:) by the way i smoke too
