I hear ya, you one eyed genius! I don't know why any maker uses a belt instead of a chain. Well, yes I do know. They are cheaper to produce!

Because belts don't last as long, and the service dept. can make money replacing them.

They want you to have to replace parts more often, so they can make more money.
