a device that makes you a professional in something just in a few minutes... like you record your voice and the device recognizes it, so you go like "I wanna drive a car like an expert" and u put the thing in your ear, and through your ear it passes on the information to your brain... so u can be and do whatever ya want whenever there's an emergency.. kinda like that matrix thing

and also a time machine.
