How MUCH are you bleeding? If it just stains the water pinkish red it's probably hemorrhoids. If it's copious and dark red it could be a GI bleed which would be very dangerous.
Either way if it's dark red and copious go to the emergency room. If it's pinkish red then make a doctors appointment.

Are you breastfeeding? Let your doctor know if you are. The blood might be coming from your breast, which in some cases it's normal and this doesn't mean you should stop breastfeeding. Breast bleeding is not associated with pain and it comes from the inside of the nipples. This means, when the baby sucks, he/she will obviously suck on the blood also. Talk to your doctor and seriously let him know if you are breastfeeding. You may be freaking out for no major reason and might be focusing on the wrong direction. If you are the one bleeding and it doesn't stop, see you doctor for further examination.

I agree with everyone else. No cause for alarm. Probably hemorrhoids. If blood is dark, that's cause for concern. If it's red, it's just hemorrhoids. I had a C-Section, so it wasn't as bad after I had my child, but everyone I know who's had a vaginal birth got a nice parting gift :)

Do you have hemorrhoids? If so then it's not uncommon. Or if you're constipated and the stool is hard it could be causing small tears in your anus. If you're not having these problems then call your doctor and they will advise you.

Yes, it's normal. It's probably hemmroids. I had them too, but they went away. It's normal. They're like varicose veins in your rear (they just get in the way and get torn). Just make sure you let your doctor know, because if they don't heal, you'll need something to help them.
