I borrowed a car today and the gas hand didn't work!!! I was lucky enuff that I ran out behind the gas station :(

I have never ran out of gas, but my daughter I can say 5-10 times, and still hasn't learn that when the hand is on E or you haven't put gas in the car, you need gas.

two weeks ago. I coasted into the gas station!!!! and before that 2 months ago and I ran out on a highway without a phone. Had to flag a woman down. Very embarrassing. I hate to stop for gas. Shame on me. Twice in 3 months. Feel better?

A few years ago actually...it was late and I was on my way home from church...and at the time I was driving a classic Benz (I miss "Misty"..she was blue..get it?) Anyway I was on my phone and wasn't paying attention to my needle...when I got to a stop light...I really stopped..tehehe....I was right in front of a Shell gas station and this guy came from nowhere and pushed my car right into the gas station...I called him an angel...it was like 11:30 at night and I was alone in Fort Lauderdale...thank God he showed up-

The last time I ran out of gas, I was in the middle of the desert in Arizona, and an old road that no one drives anymore. And the closest town was 15 miles away. Thankfully a man that looked like he was in his 90's drove by in this really, really old pick-up truck. And he drove me to the town to get gas. It is a miracle his truck didn't break down, because it looked like it was about to fall apart. It was not a fun experience.

It happened to me on the worst possible day - I had just gotten fired and I drove out of the parking lot crying and then I ran out of gas right in front of the place I was canned from!

I ran out of gas twice in one day!
I borrowed my boyfriend's truck to drive down town. Before I left, I put $5.00 in it right around the corner. When I was down town, I ran out again. So, I put $5.00 more in it. Then I ran out again! I don't know what I was thinking that day! Lol! That was about six (6) years ago and taught me a BIG lesson! Lol!

final month, approximately 3 weeks in the past. I knew i wanted gasoline, and became relatively using to the station while it died. I had merely adequate momentum to get to the driveway of the station, yet had to get 2 adult adult males to help me push it up the driveway to the pump. i've got by no skill felt so stupid. *BTW I force a 30 three hundred and sixty 5 days old vehicle, so the gasoline gauge isn't inevitably too reliable.

In the middle of April 2007, but luckily I ran out only a mile from my house and one of the people that live on my road helped me out.

It's never happened in my vehicle, but once while crusing in a friends vehicle it happened but we were in walking distance from the gas station.
