I'll help with 1 or 2 problems, maybe, but this is ridiculous. Solving problems yourself will help you out in life. Relying on others may establish a behavior pattern of dependence. And behavior patterns can be hard to break, believe me. Choose wisely.

1. n2 + 10n + 25 1) = (n+5)^2

2. r2 – 14r – 51 2) = (r-17)(r+3)

3. 5x2 – 3x – 2 3) = (5x+2)(x-1)

4. 4n2 + 17n – 15 4) = (4n-3)(n+5)

5. 5x2 – 11x + 2 5) = (5x-1)(x-2)

6. 81x2 – 121 6) (9x-11)(9x+11)

7. 36t2 - 169 7) = (6t-13)(6t+13)

8. 9x2 + 24x + 16 8) = (3x+4)^2

9. 16x2 – 24x + 9 9) = (4x-3)^2

10. (x + 8)(6x – 7) = 0 10) x= -8 and x = 7/6

11. 2n2 – 5n - 12 = 0 11) (2n+3)(n-4)

12. (8y – 3)(4y + 1) = 0 12) y = 3/8 and y = -1/4

13. 6m2 -13m -28 = 0 13) =(2m-7)(3m+4)

14. A rectangular sheet of paper has area 55 in.2. Its dimensions are (x + 2) in. by (x + 8) in. What are the dimensions of the sheet of paper.

14) A= (x+2)(x+8) = 55
A = x^2 +10x +16 = 55
A= x^2+10x - 39 = 0
A= (x+13)(x- 3) --> x = 3 [reject x = -13]
dimensions are 3+2 = 5 and 3+8 = 11

15. A banner is the shape of a right triangle of area 63 in.2. The height of the banner is 4 in. less than twice the width of the banner. Find the height and width of the banner.

15) w= width and h = 2w-4
So A = w(2w-4)/2 = 63
2w^2 -4w - 126 = 0
w^2-2w -63= 0
(w-9)(w+7) = 63
w= 9 = width [reject w = -7]
h = 2*9-4 = 14 = height
(w+9)(2w-7) =

16. Suppose you are building a storage box of volume 4368 in.3. The box will be 24 in. long. The height of the box will be 1 in. more than its width. Find the height and width of the banner.

16) w = width, so h = w+1
24(w)(w+1) = 4368
24w^2 +24w -4368 = 0
w^2+w-182= 0
(w+14)(w-13)=0 w = 13 = width [ reject w = -14]
w+1=14 height

most are trivial...i will "help" on some...

1) (n+5)(n+5)

2) (r-17)(r+3)

9) (4x-3)(4x-3)

11) (2n+3)(n-4)

14) (x+2)(x+8)=55, solve-> x=3 (or x=-13), 5in x 11in

16) V=l*w*h=24*w*(w+1)=4368
(w-13)(w+14)
l=24in
w=13in
h=14in

I normally help honest people doing an honest effort at homework. Sorry, but do your own homework. God forbid if what you have there is actually a test.
