I did a math puzzle in algebra and it was this grid and it gives you a paragraph and you have to shade in the boxes? I don't know how to explain it but it will say something like. "The boy who wore red did not have a black cat. The owner of the black cat wore yellow." And you have to go on and figure out who belongs with which animal and what color shirt. If you know what I'm talking about do you know a website where i could print some out?

I'm not sure about them being "math" problems, but I think I know what you're talking about-- we always just call them Logic Puzzles.
Doing a google search for "logic puzzles" finds a few that you can do online:

Google suggests including the word "grid" to find more:

It is called a logic puzzle or logic problem. Penny Press sells magazines of them at the link below; Kappa's link doesn't seem to work as well. They're cheaper in magazine form than book form.

I think that is called a Logic problem. My puzzle books have them all the time. You can either buy them by the book through www.pennypress.com or www.puzzlechoice.com/pc/Puzzle_Choice.html has them to print out.

Logic puzzles. My favorite source is the book store. That way you can carry them around with you!

"Logic Problem" or "Logic Puzzle" is the term you're looking for. I know that seems excessively generic, but that's what people have been calling them.

If this is what I think it is, then it is known as a logic problem. They have these as alternate puzzles in some crossword books.
