It's a flat-foot tie. Frank Crosetti and Yogi Berra share with 10-Rings each. And both with the Yankees.
But you should know that teams didn't always give Rings. Other gifts were given before Rings became the practice.

I would think it would be Yogi, he played and managed in all of their World Series from '47 to '64.

(1947, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963 as a player, and 1964 as a Manager)

Yogi Berra has the most as a player, with 10. Frank Crosetti has 17, but that's both as player and as a coach. Casey Stengal has the most of any manager with 11, I think.

yogi or reggie jackson i think reggie has 10 so he has on each finger but yogi berra was around longer so its one of those 2
