It could be a couple of things, UTI, hernia, testicular cancer or testicular torsion. Torsion happens when a testicle gets rotated in the srotal sac and losses its blood supply. Very dangerous. Bottom line get the man into the doctor ASAP!!!

I am no doctor but I had the same symptoms and went to the doc. I believe he said epididymitis. It is when the epididymis is inflamed. Just to make sure have him see a doctor. Those are must have parts of the body and need to keep them healthy. Make sure he also knows how to check for lumps and stuff down there.

Anytime we're suffering from pain, it's our body's way telling us there is a problem. It has nothing with being macho!!! Tell him to suck it up and go see a doctor. I think any one of us is qualified to diagnose people on line... especially with a vague description such as you provided.

He probably has a hernia, or possibly a urinary tract infection. Get him some antibiotics and some 100% cranberry juice stat!!!
