Unfortunately, you can't. Verizon does not allow you to block a particular number from texting, it's all or none.
If you know who is doing it, I would take the time to nicely ask them to stop, if there are threats in it, then involve the police. If all else fails, change your number and keep it limited.

sadly i don't think you can. you can only block a number from calling you.
i wish i knew how though, or that there was a way, because this one guy will NOT stop texting me no matter how much i ignore him!
i guess my best advice is just to tell whoever you want to block, that you don't have unlimited texting anymore and you'll get grounded if you have any texts on the bill, maybe then they will stop! i haven't tried that yet but i've thought about it.

idk but i would tell the person u dont have text because u got grounded or make an excuse
