I'm sorry, but that is disgusting and could kill you. You are lucky you are not dead already. I think that infections are the least of your problem though. If I were you I would not use tampons ever again. They HAVE to be changed every 4-6, 8 hours at the absolute most! If you cannot remember or don't even notice that you still have a tampon in you should not be wearing them. Forgetting something that simple, something you should always be aware of, is not worth dying over.

wait, first of all, when you are in the shower, you would notice a little string hanging out. and when you move it deffinatly reminds you its there.
honestly, i feel this is a joke,but ill answer it anyways.
go to the doctor, you can read on any tampon box that no more than 6Hours.
at the most.
honestly, i think that you have no chance of not having the disease that can kill you from tampoon if it was left in that long.

well you might want to go to a doctor because i read something in a magazine and it said if you leave it in more than 8 hours, you could get "TSS" (toxic shock syndrome) im not really sure what it is but it said if you do leave it in more than 8 hours then you should go and check with a doctor

Oh god. GO TO THE DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY. Well, tomorrow no need for emergency room. TSS is no joke my step-dads wife died from it and its a terrible way to go. Best of luck.
