For those of u who r Miami residents , What is all the construction on the expressways for ?

There's been alot of construction on the Don Shula Expressway lately . There's been alot of construction on the Palmetto for a few yeers . I've also heard that the I 395 part of the Dolphin will be turned into a tunnel . I've also heard that the Airport Expressway is being extended to end at the Dolphin .

Also , Have u used the extension of the Dolphin yet ? I have , but I want 2 kno wut u think .

I don't know, but the construction has slowed down here in Atlanta, maybe we sent it all to ya'll.......lol
