I am eagerly awaiting for Miller to be called up. He was doing spectacularly until he was injured. He has not been as effective since coming off the minor league DL. However, he is rated as one of Cleveland's top prospects and I am curious to other opinions on Adam Miller especially with all the ballyhoo over Detroit's Andrew Miller and the pitching prospects of other teams already up and starting for the parent clubs

The way Adam Miller pitched in AA and AAA last year (combined 15-6 record, 2.84 ERA), and the way he started this year (before the injury), he probably will pitch sometime after being recalled September 1 (after Major League rosters expand). Miller averages 8.2 strikeouts per game, with an up to 98 MPH fastball, 84-88 MPH slider and 88-91 MPH sinker. He has great control with a 3.5 K/BB ratio. Will definetly be a #1 or 2 starter in the near future.

Because of the injury problems, the brass may not push him.....especially he hasn't been sound since hurting himself in spring training. Cleveland needs starting pitching help...soon.

I think he will be called up later this season but if not look for him to be on the Indians at the start of next year.
