im normally very reserved like a nun and dont swear til i break my patience..i need an exorcist lol but im trying really hard to be calm, i dont like regretting

Normally I never get violent but sometimes people push my buttons. I got in a huge fight with my mom and I hit her. I wasnt in my right frame of mind. It was wrong and I appologized. I live with less drama now.

I usually slam things cabinets, doors sometimes paper goes flying around but for the most part if I break it I know I'm the one who has to pay to replace it.
