No. Pending an investigation and a greater determination of the possible outcome of the criminal charges he should be deined the opportunity to play for the Falcons. It is an honor, not a right, to play in the NFL. The Commish is correct here.

The feds don't indite without a 99% chance of conviction. And they get that rate of conviction against some of the best and most expensive lawyers in the country. When the videos of the horrible mutilations and torture deaths of these dogs start to widely circulate in the media, Vick is going down for 12-18 months in prison and a two year NFL suspension and its: "Th-th-th-that's all, f-f-f-folks!"

Might as well say "adios" to Michael right here and now, Mike Tyson has more of a professional career in front of him...........

I'd like to know if it's legal to prevent Vick from pursuing his livelyhood?

Michael Vick is fast becoming the player that many of you love to hate.
If you keep it up, he'll become like Erica Kane, Susan Lucci's character on the TV Soap, All My Children.
Hers is that character that EJVERYONE HATES BUT THEY ALL WATCH THE SHOW FAITHFULLY.
This event concerning Michael Vick is gonna bite the haters in the @ss and he'll become MORE of a seat filler and money maker and much like Susan Lucci's evil character became a good thing for that show, Michael Vick's episodes will become GOOD THING for the Falcons and the NFL.
Stop fanning the flames and let the court decide.

ya heard?

There is not a punishment harsh enough for a man that hurts an animal. The Falcons will buy out his contract and he'll live the good life until he dies. Sometimes there is no justice in the world.

I think he should be allowed to suit up. People forget that we make mistakes and he is entitled to make his. I don't agree on what happened(if he is even involved this matter). If it turns out that he is involved he should be allowed to play but made to help recsue animals to give him a different look on things.

The only suit he should be fitted with is an orange one, with long numbers.

No.
The only things he should be allowed to suit up for are court, and eventually, prison.
