Just say no. There isn't an easy way. Someone always gets hurt. Relationships are complicated and endings are even moreso but if you are ready to move on, then just do it. Dragging things out and trying to talk about it doesn't work.

don't start one and you won't have to end one. this is the best way but since you already have then I would say to just blame it all on yourself, you do not want to get into an argument about anything they are doing wrong because this just prolongs the end.

There is no easy way. You just have to be honest with the person, and honest with yourself. Chances are, he or she will want to tell your significant other, so you should do it first. It is always better to be honest. I know I could not live with myself if I cheated and then had to live with that person for the rest of my life.

If you are a woman: tell the man you are pregnant, it is pretty much a guarentee that he will no longer talk to you.
If you are a man: stop calling the girl, change your home and cell numbers, don't go to places where you know she will be.
