I think that depends on the facial structure and skin color.
Unless you're talking about on a guy...I prefer dark hair on guys. Blonde (like really, really blonde) guys creep me out for some reason..

It all depends on the person's skin tone/ complexion...if you are very pale..then blond is NOT going to work for you, then u need a darker hair color

Blonde - I tend to see women highlighting their hair to shades of blond when they are brunettes than I see vice versa. I am a natural blonde.

There isn't one that is better, it's a preference and mine is dark. I think blondes can look somewhat dumber and ignorant, while dark-haired people look exotic and sophisticated. That is not to say that is true, I don't judge people by their looks, that's just in my head.

I'd say blonde cause guys like blondes and when you have blonde hair and blue eyes you look really pretty.

it totally depends on the individual. some look great with blonde hair, and some look great with brunette or black hair.
