Sure, why not! In the Websters Student Dictionary, it shows ruckus as slang for uproar and commotion. I would however check out and make sure no one else has that already or copy write protected. Sounds like a winner to me.

ruckus represent the hottest basketball court in the n.y. it's not considered sweet- but if you come with some hot songs, you might be alright.
