The Palms has the most opulent, decadent, expensive suite in LV - $40,000 per night.
All of the 4 & 5 star resorts in LV are going to have incredible suites. They spend millions on special suites for their high rollers(whales).
Some of my favorite "rooms"
Venetian - Venezia Terrazo suite
Caesars Palace - Deluxe Place Tower>overlooking the pool.
Pyramid Spa Suite - Luxor
Grand Suite - Stratosphere

The Hotel at Mandalay Bay. It's a very modern classy hotel without the glitter of the Bellagio or Wynn. Plus, it has it's own entrance so you don't have a long check-in line, the casino is in Mandalay Bay joined by a walkway.
While it's location is poor. The Deuce is easy and there are always Taxis.

Definitely Bellagio. It's got a great location and the hotel is fabulous. Running a close second is the Venetian. Why? Did you win the lottery?

The Wynn no doubt. Steve Wynn designs the most beautiful buildings. Everything inside that place is gorgeous. Definitely a suite at the Wynn.
