Perhaps, if they figure out where we are. But it is very unlikely.

It think it's unlikely.

To do so, they would have to have a technology that allows them to exceed the speed of light. Everything we've learned about physics in the last two centuries says this is flat out impossible.

Or, they would have to have a technology that allows them to travel at some large fraction of the speed of light for long periods of time. Doing so would take an absurd amount of energy. Even using antimatter, the highest energy density fuel we know of, they'd need several million tons of it just to travel a few light years. And you don't just find antimatter lying around you know.

Or, they would have to take the slow route, launching from their own star system and just coasting on their ships momentum and the influence of gravity alone, traveling here over the course of hundreds of years, if they're in the neighborhood, or thousands or millions of years if they aren't. To do this, they'd have to have ridiculously long lifespans or the technology to stop aging and death.

All three options seem implausible to me. Not impossible, just very unlikely.

And even if they did somehow accomplish one of the three, how would they know to come here? How could they find us in the first place?

Can they? Sure, the immigration laws don't exclude extraterrestrial aliens from landing on Earth (yet).
Do they? Unknown, no proof one way or the other.
Have they? Unknown, no proof one way or the other.

We are all aliens, from a distant planet,
So your answer is yes, We are here.

no. The distances and problems of space travel are far too great for them to visit us or for us to visit them.

Not unless they're so much ahead of us that it'd not be worth their while to make the trip.

Maybe, but if they can, why aren't they? If you say they already are, I say you are crazy.
