Why would you want to get out of paying a doctor's bill? Because you don't want to pay it?
How would you feel if your employeer decided not to pay you for working last week...that's ok too right?
Grow up and be responsible.

Die? Bankrupcy?
If you owe the bills, why would you expect to get out of paying them. If you are unable to pay them, talk to the doctor, often they'll lower the bill if you don't have insurance to pay it.

I know if you don't have insurance you ask them to lower your bill if you pay in full with cash. Or you can that you live under the poverty guide lines, Or ask them to give you the BCBS contractual. It can be done, you just have to ask.

my husband is a bankruptcy attorney and I know when you file bankruptcy, you no longer have to pay medical bills.
