I want this nail kit thats over $600.00 but i don't work cause I'm to young.

Babysit, but perhaps you don't really need the nail kit, It sounds like a lot of money to me.

Try alternate ways of making money. Like babysitting, dog walking or dog sitting. Mowing lawns (yes a female can do this too, I did), or evening doing others chores for cash. Ask mom and dad if they will pay you any money if you do extra around that house. Not things that they expect you to do anyway, because they may not bite.
