IMHO that would be Caesars Palace.
I prefer the Deluxe Palace Tower rooms, and request one that overlooks the pool.

Which hotel is "best" is so subjective. It depends on the amenities you're most interested in.

I loved the Luxor. Just b/c of the inside. The rooms open up to the big view of the main level. How awesome is that? Most hotels are enclosed near the rooms and its not as interesting. I stayed in the Tropicana when i went, and it was fun. Good to see classic Las Vegas. However, i also think the Aladdin was really cool looking. The street market that looked like it was outside was cool.
Im sure Ceasars Palace would be a cool place to stay at. I loved the interior it was grand. Didnt go to the Bellagio though. I think it just depends on your taste and your likes. IF you want luxury go stay in the Bellagio hah

i think it depends on who you are going with and what you are into
if you're looking for high class and fancy i recommend the paris hotel. it is beautiful and the inside is actually made to imitate paris, france. the food is amazing too. wonderful bakery and buffet (the buffet is pricey though) just like it should be in paris
if you have kids and a family i recommend the aladdin hotel. has a middle eastern, arabic style. like in the disney movie.
cool and different i highly recommend caesar's palace. very cool hotel. they have shows of statues that move and talk in the middle of the hotel and they also have good rides and very good shopping
if you're looking for just good overall perhaps bellagio is more your type. it's more of a hotel if you just want to relax and lay back

I guess New York, NY or Bellagio or Treasure Island. All three have beautiful things. NY, NY is like a preview of NYC and has a cool roller coaster and arcade. Bellagio has awesome dancing waters and Treasure Island has an awesome show.

Been there twice, and the Luxor is terrific. Stayed in a room in the pyramid tower.
