Investigate why people don't want to buy the product first. Identify the problem and the root cause, solve it, then sell your product

Pack it in a bulk together with something that everybody buys, and write: "Free _____(name of unwanted item)".
However, if you sell really useless items yo will succeed only if you are a good speaker.
Next thing you can do is label your unwanted items with other names. For example, nobody buys 'cow shite' but there are people who buy 'dung'.

Force them, trick them or combine it with something that they will buy and that the product adds value to.
Examples are the Ronco potato peeler given free with knives and lettuce spinner given free with plastic containers.
