Libby should have served jail time. I am very angry that Bush commuted his sentence.

But Foley didn't exactly break any laws. I think he set his sights on a 17 year old, flirted a bit & waited for him to be of age before actually making any move. So the scum-bucket stayed just barely on the right side of the law.

Foley did not go to prison because he committed no crime. He exchanged inappropriate emails with a page but did not commit any illegal actions with the page. Libby committed the same crime, President Clinton committed, perjury. Why should Libby have to serve jail time when Clinton only received a fine and suspension of his license to practice law in Arkansas?
