This depends on the show being auditioned for. One song is not going to work for all occasions. The songs you've mentioned might work for some shows but not for a George Gershwin or a Cole Porter or a Stephen Sondheim show. You need a book with several songs ready at a moment's notice for whatever kind of show comes along. As a counterpoint to "I Enjoy Being a Girl," try "Nobody Does it Like Me" or "You Can Always Count on Me." "Out Tonight" is rather limiting but might be helpful for certain shows. Try "Broadway Baby" for Sondheim and "The LAziest Girl in Town" for Cole Porter

Buenos Aires (from Evita)- The song contains a 2+ octave drop in one measure. And it has incredibly difficult 'patter'-style, tongue twister-filled verses. If you can master that, you'll blow anyone away.
I Dreamed A Dream (Les Mis)- If you can pound emotion into every note, I've seen people stear up it is so touching. But it's not terribly upbeat.
Not Getting Married (Company)- If you want to impress them by singing the ultimate patter tounge twister.
Don Juan (Smokey Joe's Cafe) If you have acting, belting, dancing talent, and can perform it well, everyone always loves it.
Pirelli's Miracle Elixer (Sweeney Todd)- Patter, funny, brilliant lyrics.

"I Love You Because" from I Love you Because--It's a fairly upbeat song and quite happy. The lead Marcy has a really good part in it too, good vocal song.
"Nothing" from A chorus Line--Great song, funny, and shows off a lot of acting as well as singing
"Look At Me Now" from The Wild Party (Off-Broadway version)--Very upbeat song and shows off a person's voice very we'll.
"Thoroughly Modern Millie" from Thoroughly Modern Millie--classy upbeat song
"No More" from See What I Wanna See--Not so much "up beat happy" song, it's just uptempo. It shows off a lot of acting talent in this song too, but I can't say the same about it showing off vocals, not as much as the others at least.
My advice to you is chose a songs that's daring but one you can pull off. Don't try something if you aren't totally comfortable with it. Make sure it shows off what you want it to show off like your vocals or acting talent. Just stay confident! Good luck and break a leg!
