How can I fix a power door lock in my 1994 Dodge Intrepid?

The power door lock on the passenger's side only moves lethargically and sporadically.

It could be the electric motor is wearing out. Another thing to try would be to lubricate any parts of the lock that come in contact with each other. This would be done best with taking off the door panel and looking inside.
