Can a question be asked that makes no sense? and would you get a right answer? would you get a top answer? would you still get points for an answer with no sense. so what is the point? does the question have meening?

It helps if the question makes a little bit of sense so the person answering it knows what you are looking for. Who gets a Best Answer also depends on the person asking the question to begin with--it is his/her decision as to which answer is easiest to understand. You might get 2 points for answering, but if you make no sense, you might get a thumbs down from readers. All questions have meaning, or else we would never learn anything.
