You are NOT fat!!!! I am 5'1", and according to all of the "weight/height" charts, my ideal weight should be about 105-110. That chart apparently was made for Kate Moss wanna be's. I am now at 120, and I look and feel perfect as far as weight goes. Also keep in mind, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are muscular, or are working out to lose weight, don't get discouraged if you lose inches over pounds. Everyone is different :)

eat healthly! Work out! That's the best way to lose it! Also remember that your weight shouldn't be the focal point of your life! If it is then that's a problem which could lead you down the road of eating disorders and disordered eating habits! If you want professional advice ask your doctor, or talk to a nutritionist or dietian they will be able to help you with this! Good luck on your journey and remember that this change must be for YOU AND YOU ALONE! DONT CHANGE FOR OTHERS HAPPINESS! HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN BEING THIN! DONT STARVE! DONT BINGE AND PURGE! DONT BINGE! Practice a healthly relationship with food, as it is needed to live life!

Well, when I was 14, I weighed about the same, but I was probably about 5 feet tall... not good... but it sounds like you are just a bit chubby, nothing to really worry about. Just make sure you really pay attention to what you're eating and you should be just fine!

this depends on your build and the size of your bones. if you have broad shoulders etc then this weight could be ok. i think that if you are of small to medium (ish) build then this weight is your upper limit (but you are definately not obese). since you are only 14 you could still be carrying puppyfat. and you need to consider how fast/slowly you have gained weight since you were a child.

depending on how much of your weight is actual body fat or muscle.

remember, muscle does weigh more than body fat so it could just be that you're holding a lot more muscle than fat.
