I ve been there 3 times, but not for over 10 year now. I once drove from Jacksonville, Illinois to Sikeston, Missouri with my daughters just to eat there. The ride was so long that my youngest daughter put a sign up to the window that she had been kidnapped. The food was very fresh and good. The atmosphere was lively and ratcheted dramatically when the famous rolls cart came out of the kitchen. It s quite an interactive experience that actually unites the diners if only for a few moments. I understand the pigs from nearby farms enjoy the delicious dinner rolls that were not caught.

Front Page Cafe in Jonesboro Arkansas has throwed rolls. I think they are related to Lamberts from Missouri.

My family used to go to the one in Missouri all the time. I think it's in Sikeston. I haven't been there in like 8 or 9 years. I always ate too much fried okra and dropped my rolls on the floor.
