Absolutely. By truth, I mean being true to yourself, not to anyone or anything else, but to yourself first. The freedom and peace you experience when you listen to your own heart, regardless of any/all pressure to conform to someone else's ideas or please them, is the best kind of freedom. Be true to yourself. When you are, the truth sets you free.

I really think it does. I try my best to be honest. That way you can never be caught in a lie. My dad always told me that you should live your life like you are being tape recorded. And any time you lie it will be played back to the person you deceived.
May sound stupid but it works.
